Printable Word Searches
These are a different kind of word search puzzle. Most of these word searches cover more than one object, so your students will have to both find the word in the puzzle AND decide which object it belongs to. S/He will demonstrate knowledge by circling the word in a designated color for each object in that puzzle. It’s cool and challenging. Please read the directions with them to be sure they understand how to color code the first few puzzles.
Materials: Illustrated Dictionary and crayons or colored pencils.
